This company is the biggest scam so far. After buying my house all the water pipes burst and flooded the 1st floor. After making a claim they told us that since we paid for a 3 point inspection, that its not their problem and "if you try to make a claim like this again we will drop you". Then after hurricane Ian our house had well over $120k worth of damage and they told us we had zero damage what so ever. Despite our roof needed to be replaced, back patio is gone, side panels were ripped off, window panels were hanging off, and so much more. Id give them zero stars if I could.

American integrity insurance is a criminal company. I have been Paying premium homeowners insurance and they refuse to pay for repairs from extensive damage done to my home by hurricane Ian. Now almost a year later hurricane idalia is hitting and I have water leaks from the roof. If they had done the right thing and paid for repairs this would have prevented along with stress and headaches. They don’t care about their customers. Shame on them. Do not trust this company. I would have been better off not having any insurance.
