3rd Generation Home & Car Insurance - Punta Gorda

I was a customer of Chuck Cole and now have this agency. Called repeatedly and no one answers the phone. Left a voicemail before noon and no call back. Poor service.

We needed condo insurance and were fortunate to work with Kristen. While other local companies took our information and promised to give estimates, they never delivered. Kristen found a range of estimates and offerings, even though it was Thanksgiving week, and called to go through each of them. She answered all of our questions and offered suggestions. She was professional, courteous, and warm. I would highly recommend 3rd Generation and Kristen.

Kristen Koumbi was amazing. She is pleasant, knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills. I have worked in customer service for the better part of 40 years and have to say she was exceptional. If she didn't' know the answer she admitted same and would then research to get the answer and timely provide a response. I would hire her in a heartbeat.
