I have a progressive policy through Chapman and I was having difficulty navigating the progressive website to make an update. Ashley got on a call with progressive and a chat message with me to resolve the issue. I've used email to communicate with Chapman and I've been pleased with the quick response of both Kelsey and Ashley.

I am shopping for new homeowner’s, car, boat and personal articles insurance policies. I had heard Chapman’s radio ads and used Google to find their website. I was thrilled to see they had a 5 star rating and excited to give them a call. On Wednesday, Jan 21, I called the office and was transferred to an agent in Punta Gorda where I live. I was on lunch at work and requested she send me an email with what was needed to quote the policies I need.
