If you are looking to be ignored this is the place to go. At a time when some question the strength of our economy it seems that Time Insurance is so confident in their success that they can literally turn away new business. After playing voice mail tag for two days with no success, I found another agency, Chapman Insurance, which is everything that Time isn't. And oh, by the way, if receiving no service isn't enough, make sure you get Joel as your agent. She will not only do nothing for you , she will also toss in a few rude comment as well. Bye Bye Time!!!!!

awful experience with Joel. I called looking to bundle all my policies from various companies thru Time. I was in the literal middle of sentence of providing details of what I was in need of when she cut me off and asked me to hold. I hung up. Inexcusable!!

Time Insurance has been our agency for the last six years. A year after Hurricane Ian, the insurance company we had sent us a non-renewal notice. Days later I received a follow up from Time Insurance Company. They told us they would start searching approximately 6 weeks before the policy ended. As promised we received a call from them and Joelle provided three quotes for us. I had several questions and she was able to answer them completely. Joelle made the process for us very easy with several emails and full directions and explanations as we secured new a new insurance policy. I would definitely recommend them for your insurance needs.
