I have been working with the agency for over a year with regards to my folks being elderly. The staff, especially Courtney and Tammy, whom I spoke with today regarding homeowners and car insurance and the staff I spoke with in January are always so helpful. I highly recommend this agency for your insurance needs. Super helpful for this out of town daughter !!! Thanks ladies <3

This place is an awful scam. Don’t waste your money. I was quoted one this and then they charged an extra $100. This place is a scam and a joke and you can’t understand the customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. What an epic joke

Unfortunately I need to add myself to the list of those unhappy with Dynamic. A friend recommended Dynamic, so I made an in-person appointment and spoke with one of their agents. I was told that I would receive a set of carriers to choose from in about a week. After a week I followed up at least 5 times. On at least two occasions I was told that I would receive a callback from the agent within 24 hours with a set of options. I never heard from Dynamic again. If they behave like this while they are trying to get my business, how will they behave if I have a claim?

I was a loyal customer for two years, but their lack of responsiveness and inability to find a financially reasonable insurance option as our needs changed was disappointing. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend their services.
