Absolutely awful experience dealing with Vickie W. Upon recent purchase of my home she gave me a quote which I thought was within reason. I purchased the policy prior to closing as required. 2 days after closing she messages me and states they are cancelling my policy as I am not living there? Mind you, I just closed on the loan. I assured her I am living there. Then she requests more pictures of a roof, I complied, mind you the home passed an FHA appraisal which was very stringent and needed absolutely no repairs. Today I receive a refund from the agent? Not sure if anyone else has had such an awful experience but believe she needs to get off her high horse real fast.
