Called to change my coverage. Am not happy with it. Was asked if this is number I can be reached at because Ryan would be calling me that day. That was Friday, still no return call. If you want Geisinger for you coverage go here. Obviously they don’t care if your not happy with them. I went somewhere else got the coverage with a different company and one that suits my needs, that’s all I was asking for, not one that suits Geisinger’s needs. One unhappy customer tells 10. Just saying.
