Mallory went above and beyond to explain items on our policy we assumed we knew but was mistaken above. She was willing to accommodate our work schedule by meeting with us where and when we were able. We had such a pleasant conversation and have made another appointment to continue where we left off giving us time to think about our options and what would best meet our needs. She wasn't a pushy salesperson but had lots of knowledge and valuable information which brought to light things we didn't think of.
