AAA Bloomsburg

We didn't need an appointment, as we were just having a title transferred. The office is large, clean and professional in appearance. We were able to walk right up and get started. The associate was knowledgeable, friendly and quick about her task. I've had titles transferred at various AAA offices and they normally know what they're doing. This was one of the newest, nicest offices I've been to.

The employees I dealt with are not very knowledgeable. They also talk down to their customers. (Not me, just something I saw over and over while waiting) I was sent away and told they don’t do camera cards, only to be sent back by the DMV. The employee (Devon) did not know her password upon returning. A simple camera card took us 3 hours total. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time.

Abby was extremely helpful planning our trip to Tennessee. She suggested ideas/books that we never considered.Very patient and kind. Loved this place. Thanks for such great service!!

The person I worked with (Abigail) was beyond helpful and personable. There were some glitches in the our transaction and she was more than willing to be my advocate to set it right. I am glad I went.

Rude woman spoke so fast it was hard to understand her. Then, when I asked about purchasing a guide book she got a bit condescending when I told her I wasn't a member! I might have considered purchasing a membership if she had better customer service skills, but not now!
