Having recently moved back to the area, I needed a new insurance agent and Neighborhood Advisors was recommended to me as a group that would have my best interests at heart. I worked with Ken who was knowledgeable and was able to shop for auto insurance policies faster than I would have been able to do on my own. He generated several quotes and answered all of my questions to get me the best price. From the initial meeting in person to conversations on the phone and email, Ken made the process quick and painless.

Mark Kohrherr was able to insure my home and home-based acupuncture clinic when no one else in the area was able to find an appropriate policy for me. I know that he had to go above an beyond to work with the insurance company directly. He has always made time for me when I wanted to review my policies and improve my "insurance education" to make sure I was keeping current with my insurance needs and coverage. He recently suggested a new product to me for service line coverage that seemed "to good to be true", but because I trust his good judgment, and the cost was extremely reasonable, I added it to my policy.
