Harvitt Agency- Meemic Insurance

If I could have given Meemic No stars I would have. This company has been dodging me since the initial call to report the incident of one of their drivers hitting me in a parking lot. On that initial call I received a claim number. I have not had any response to any communication attempts since. I have called and sent emails. No response. It has been three weeks and I still am unable to get them to respond about covering damages. It is almost impossible to reach them by phone or email. I have never experienced such bad service due to a total lack of service from any company. I would never ever obtain insurance from Meemic.

I had Meemic insurance (Harvitt agency) for over 20 plus years and paid tens of thousands of dollars between house and auto insurance only to have their under-righter not renew my policy in April 2021 because of a above ground pool. I offered not to put the pool up in the spring and was told the under-righter has already made the decision not to renew and there were other thing they did not like with no chance to correct. Make no mistake, they are in it for the money not customer service!
