I recently had a claim last month with Hagerty. The people handling the claim were very proficient and professional. Great company to do auto insurance with.

Online application was easy. However, when trying to insure my vehicle, I was declined not for mileage, but because I took my car on a road trip and that is not something they would insure. The customer service was poor. The person I spoke to seemed to screen me out instead of trying to screen me in. Garage queens need only apply.

I had an unfortunate incident with my collector car and the team at Hagerty took very good care of me. From recovery to estimating everything was as easy as it could be. We were picked up and transported to the location of our choice (within the 100 mile limit) and we were able to get the vehicle safely back home.

I had a windshield that got cracked they called me back within 48 hours. They let me pick the windshield in the place to install it send me a check for it and it was done within 6 days. Very pleasant to work with
