Ben has been taking care of me for years, he is an actual agent you can trust to look out for you and what is best for you. If you have any questions, he gets back to you unbelievably fast and he makes you feel like you are his only client. I highly recommend Ben with any of your insurance needs.

I called multiple Ins company's getting quotes today and this place deserves a side eye. I called for my own vehicle and my renters' insurance so why are you asking for my boyfriends' information? At first, I thought maybe needed for renters' insurance, his DOB okay, then it was like getting grilled who he works for, who his insurance is through, and his drivers license number!? I'm not comfortable giving out someone else's information and I wasn't adding him to my policy. BTW No other company asked these questions.

Ben is top-notch and Very knowledgeable. I have a somewhat complicated commercial policy and had bad experiences with several other local agencies. There were several aspects of the policy that the agents did not understand and it would’ve affected my business negatively. Luckily, I found Ben who knows these commercial policies inside and out. We moved all of our personal insurance over to Ben as well.

Stopped in for a quote, was told “nobody available”, name and number was taken for a call back. I called back the following week, again told “everybody busy”. Did finally get a call back, agent took all my info and would send me the quote. Contacted agent again for update the following week, she sent the quote a few days later. I asked for one small change in the policy, never heard back from them again. If that is how they approach new prospective customers, how do they treat current customers? If they would spend a fraction of the time on customer service that they spend on thinking of snappy word play phrases for their sign, they might be onto something.
