Left State Farm after 10+ years after this office. They really aren’t personable, I did not feel like the client and they are hard to get ahold of. I’m very happy that I canceled my policies and switched, but even then after two calls to ensure things were canceled the date was incorrect. At this point it’s not worth trying to get it fixed. Go elsewhere if you’re looking for a GOOD, RELIABLE agent.

Let me just start off by saying I have never left a poor review ever in my life. However the “customer service” I received today was ridiculous. I have been with this insurance agency for a handful of years. Life changes and things happen resulting in me taking business elsewhere. I talked to Tim Collins today and his attitude and finger pointing reminded me of preteen not getting their way. Sir you could have respectfully helped me and we could have wrapped things up and moved on. If this is how you represent your business you may want to re-evaluate what you’re doing. One positive of my time with this business was Ashley. She was always very timely and fabulous to work with. Good luck to future clients.

THE WORST INSURANCE EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME! Don't trust your quote, he is a bait and switch agent. After he applied a home and auto discount to my home policy, I asked for an auto quote. I was told not to worry, we had time. I notified the agent I would be moving in 3 months . I was then charged for not having my auto policies in place at the time my home policy was issued and received the news in the middle of my cross country move. To make it worse, he accused me of not doing what I needed to do for the discount. State Farm Corporate ignored all of my complaints until I filed a complaint with the state regulatory agency. If you HAVE to do business with State Farm, please find an agent with morals and ethics.
