I'm glad I didn't die these last few months with my insurance policy expired, because neither one of these two could care one bit about the security of myself and my family. What kind of insurance agent reaches out two months after a policy has expired to tell you that your policy is renewed, only to later tell you they aren't able to service the policy? Trina reached out to me yesterday to tell me that my life insurance policy renewal was all set, regarding a policy that expired two months ago. She refused to call me and after I complained, the apparent manager, Dave, sent a series of the most unprofessional emails I've received, to the point that I think he might need to see a doctor. I cannot say enough great things about this agency but more specifically, Cole Julian. Once being licensed as an insurance agent myself, I am very impressed with Cole’s knowledge, professionalism and customer attentiveness.
