We were just about to get our policies with this company when my wife saw that Denise leaves homophobic and hateful comments on social media for non-religious musicians. (I have screenshots). Sad that a company who claims to represent “family” values would berate and threaten others online. Talk about being hypocritical, untrustworthy, and unkind. Be sure to take your business elsewhere!
30 year experience with my previous carrier: rates stayed the same but coverage was reduced every year and deductibles went up. John Mark found a new carrier for us with casualty + liability for about 66% of what our former / long term carrier was charging us for liability only. Very pleased!!
