Ok well everything was great till today. One thing I can’t stand . Is when someone or a company can’t take accountability for themselves. My email stated to make an 90 dollar payment. To avoid cancellation I did just that. Guess what policy canceled. Of course no one can fix it. lol however it’s oh just pay 140 to reinstate it. We will figure it out on Monday. Like make this make sense. I just paid 90.63 n because yall messed up some where im supposed to pay. No yall need to credit my account the reinstatement fee till yall figure this mess out. I did what I was supposed to do. At this moment I wouldn’t recommend if they get right I will update n let you all know.

Jose was really helpful, I could’ve responded faster to his texts but he was patient and kind.

They put you on hold and then hang up on you. Try to add my new car to my policy for 4 days now and they don’t answer or put me on hold just to hang up.
