Customer service means ALOT. There was such childish behavior and disrespect, poor Andy Hill would be mad.

My agent Brad Hill, from the Lawton, OK office, is amazing!! I am a active duty service member and he has gone above and beyond for me anytime I have needed Allstate services. It is very hard to find great customer service these days and he is very personable! He is a true professional and I will continue to use Allstate as well as recommend them to my friends and family.
