American Insurance Services stepped up to save the day for me. My previous agent failed to contact me to let me know that the carrier had gone out of buisness. I did however find the refund check in a stack of mail that got pushed aside as junk mail. I immediately contacted Breanna G at A.I.S and she had me bound with a new policy within a couple hrs before my old agent even called back. What a professional! I'm disappointed to say the least, I've been with this company for over a decade with no claims and now they don't return my calls. I had a storm damage claim, the adjuster was rude and dismissive while telling me I don't have storm damage regardless of the fact multiple houses in my neighborhood do and my shingles are falling out. He said my roof is just old... I asked for a second opinion, they said they would work on it and now they have just forgotten about it and won't return my calls. The "year" deadline is almost up, I guess they will be off the hook and I will start looking for a new agency.
