Roberta is the best!!! I started my business last year and was unsure how to go about it. Bobbie answered all the questions I had plus had recommendations for me which I truly appreciated. They just let their insurance clients play ball (if it ain't broken don't fix it) even when the competition prices are lower. There isn't any communication from them and the client unless you call them. Their usually busy but will call you back.

Not sure how they get 5 star reviews.. make me feel stupid for calling inquiring about hitting a deer for the first time and first time making a claim... Not to mention previous rude conversations. Must just be me...
