Spectrum Insurance Group - Eau Claire

Had spectrum insurance for a decade now. They have become about as useless as a flat tire. Quick to drop coverages, not willing to find the best rates, not sure if there all taking a nap or on vacation and quite frankly I feel there not in the best interest of the customers. I Think it’s time to finally switch after 10+ yrs to start out the new year! Happy NewYear everyone!

Had been using this company for the last few years with no issues. Now it’s like pulling teeth to get a response. I asked for a callback from my agents assistant to go over cost increase details now that my teen son got his license. I never got a callback to let me know my insurance was going to go up over $200 a month. I know it’s not in the agents control but it should be common courtesy to call a client back in a timely manner so new policy terms can be broken down and one’s budget isn’t blindsided. After not being able to get through to the assistant Andrea or my agent I had to speak about my frustrations to someone else who worked in the department. She was very condescending, rude, and even hung up on me when I told her to cancel my policy. By then I was ready to go elsewhere but for

Great group of agents, super helpful. I was referred to them via myemployer. The insurance through my job was still a bit high $ for me. I met with Kate who navigated me through the steps of getting / looking for health insurance. As a first timer, it was so helpful and relieved a big weight from my shoulders.
