Reached out for an estimate to transfer insurance to them as my family members have used them for years. Almost 2 weeks after reaching out to and providing my my information… No response back. Even after I kindly checked in a few times. If they transfer you to Kevin Kitchen when you call, run. Poor customer service. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I have never seen a more stunning level of incompetence and duplicity from an organization in my life. Waiting on a quote for updated insurance for a condominium complex needed for a sale of my parent's condo. Parents who passed away this year within three months of each other. The sale is being held up and we possibly might lose the sale becuase of their delays. Agents keep promising it would come and days pass by and nothing. Finally get the main manager and he gauranteed it would come the next day in the morning. It's is now 3pm of the next day and still nothing. Not answering phone calls or emails. If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away!

Jake was tremendous throughout the process of finding and enrolling in a policy. He listened to my concerns and answered all questions thoroughly, then quickly found us a policy that meets our needs and costs. I strongly recommend anyone in need of a short or long-term policy to contact Jake, you will not be disappointed!

This is the absolute worst insurance company to work with. After adding some random person to my wife's policy because they shared an address that we lived at 4 plus years ago. They tripled the policy premium and payment, automatically withdrawing 3 times the monthly payment amount without any authorization. They then refused to offer a refund for the amount that we were over charged and said they could only offer it in the form of a credit. I would never work with a company that takes (steals) money from there clients account without approval and then doesn't make any attempt to correct the issue. Typical scum bag insurance company and agents, only validating the horrible reputation that they already have as scam artists.

Worked with Jake Knutson for getting my Dental insurance and wife's Market Place Health insurance with Dental & Vision. He is very polite and explained everything with our choices. He completed everything online for us and sent us pdf files of insurance cards. Truly a pleasure working with someone young and very professional. Thank you
