Before I became a client at Insurance Associates I had no idea how to go about getting insurance and which would work best for me. Josh has been an excellent resource and has always taken individual time with my husband and me. Every staff member I've run into has been kind and genuine. I can be very confident that the insurance I was led to get fits our family well! They always explain everything and answer all of my questions. Whenever I have a discrepancy in the middle of the year I can just reach out to our associate personally and he looks into it for us. It's great to have a liaison!

Insurance Associates have been the best insurance co we have ever dealt with. They found the perfect Medicare plans for both myself and my husband and are always there for us when we have any problems or questions with a claim. Highly recommend!

We started our medicare supplement insurance with Jennifer, an IA agent in Rice Lake. When she left IA to go on her own, our policies were assigned to another IA agent. When I tried to call our new agent, she was not available by phone; and the person I spoke to was rude and refused to do more than leave a phone message for her to call me back. Our new agent has yet to return my call. Fortunately, there are other agents in this area not affiliated with IA who will tied us over until our original agent's non-compete clause expires. I would recommend Jennifer, but not Insurance Associates.

My wife's grandmother was only using Original Medicare. When she got outrageous bills for being in the hospital we decided that she needed help. Kayla was great with explaining everything and making sure she understood it and being patient with all the questions that she had. She also made sure she knew that she could call with any question at anytime.
