Saved me 82cents after removing someone from my policy. So I just canceled instead. Now I only pay 20$ a month for insurance with GEICO.

Just got a call from one of their agents who was extremely rude. Wasnt even calling the correct person and has the audacity to be rude to me

Came to this company because of multiple good reviews, but little did I know that they basically only use progressive and my rates almost doubled within a year with no accidents or tickets. I was given multiple excuses as to why, the vehicle i drive, some companies wouldn't even insure the vehicle, the amount of accidents other people are getting in makes my rates go up. Basically nothing they could do. Thankfully I got sick of it and just did my own research and saved myself more than half what I would be paying. I would not recommend them to anyone. The response they posted is a lie as well. How can I go to Geico and save literally half what I was paying you? Inflation? The car i drive? Bold faced lie! I also checked with state farm and they gave about the same price as Geico. You don't

I went to Oliver Agency based on the numerous great reviews from others in the community. They were helpful when we initially started; however, communication between our agent became very poor. On many occasions, I found myself having to reach out to the agent multiple times to get a response. This became frustrating so I emailed another agent, asked to not work with my previous agent but also did not get a response from the new agent. When asked to end my policies, my agent did not send me the appropriate documents until I followed up a week later. I found this process to be very disappointing. I was also able to find better rates from a different company. They eventually do their job but may not be very responsive.

In the past I've had great service. However unfortunately recently I had called twice and emailed 5x to get a couple of life insurance policies cancelled and only heard back once, after the second email. I finally resolved it when I found the paperwork necessary and calling the company and canceling the policies myself. Communication just wasn't there for me. But very well could have been a fluke.
