Very disappointing. We were told that their computer does not connect with the database and they were unable to even find our account or really help us at all. Honestly, I am not even sure what the point is anymore if I can get roadside assistance somewhere else.

So first time writing a review about AAA. First things first I have never had a bad experience with AAA in chico. (I don’t know what office I was working with. And this office is the one that popped up when I went searching) i was in an accident a few months ago. I was at fault. It was my first time i have been in an accident. I was left a voicemail. And I responded. I got a call back a few days later. I didn’t realize the claim had been settled. I am happy that it was settled. What I am not happy about is that the caller made me feel like an idiot and that i was in the wrong for trying to understand a few things. Since it was my first time being in an accident. That’s all I was trying to understand. The agent I was polite until I continued asking questions the agent started becoming short
