She explained everything clearly and made it easy to understand my options. I don't usually write reviews but her patience with me deserves to be recognized. I’ve had State Farm Insurance ever since I started driving. With 24 years of service they have never disappointed me. They go above and beyond to help their customers and protect them. Mercedes was extremely helpful in getting my claim adjusted, as a busy mom, teacher, and nurse I can’t thank people enough who actually care and do their job to their best ability! Truly a great company.
