Kevin Baker is kind, and so are all of his agents. I have had car insurance with allstate since I started driving. I also have homeowners insurance and life insurance through allstate. Customer service is huge for me. Kevin has developed a nice team. He has done a great job at making his customers feel important. I do not see myself going any other route for insurance.

The people in the office are very nice, informative, and empathetic. My rating of good is only because of the price increases that has incurred in the past two years. Being a senior citizen I am on a fixed income. I will be looking for other insurance for my auto.
