I had a situation that was time sensitive and he took care of it within five minutes, no run around and complete apathy like you see other places. I used Allstate to get homeowners insurance for a house in Paradise through the California fair plan. Listed with this review is the screenshots of text conversations we had. Not only did I text, but I also called to inquire about why my insurance was taking so long as I had a deadline for escrow to close. It was relayed to me through conversations and text, that it was the California Fair Plan that was holding things up. Unfortunately not getting insurance in a timely matter cost me a lot of money and inconvenience. How is this Allstate's fault, well they had my address wrong. The address was recorded wrong by them and not given by me incorrectly. No one checked this until way too late and when it was finally discovered, well it was too late.
