Heritage Insurance Agency

Until we started working with Heritage, renewal time was one of my least favorite times of the year. However, working with Heritage, particularly Bralynn, is, dare I say? Fun! We have a lot of different requests, and while I know I am a pain, Bralynn and her team are always so helpful and quick to respond to any questions I have. I know that if I reach out, I will be met not only with an answer but also with education. It's nice to know we are working with a company that wants its clients to make informed decisions that are best for them. We are in good hands, and our business is better protected because of Heritage.

We have used Heritage Insurance for years for all our personal and buisness needs. Steve ane Kelly have built an amazing company with an amazing group of people. Austin has been our dedicated insurance rep and has done an amazing job. Always able to figure out anything we have throw at him even with late notice and some not ideal time crunches. We can't praise them enough and always recomend them to all our own clients and anyone we know that is in need of any insurance needs.

First, a quick thank you to heritage, Sarah, i appreciate all the hard work you went through to Help me find an insurance company that would cover my property. I tried to use insurance companies in my hometown of Corning also tried red bluff. none of which were able to help me attain insurance due to the amount of acreage and a mobile home. Sarah you were the only one that kept trying until you were able to help. After three years, you still go the extra time to make sure my coverage is the best price.

I have worked with a lot of different insurance companies over the years and switching to Heritage and having Sarah W. as my agent has been a great experience. She keeps me informed, and I hear from her if there are upcoming changes, or companies that may be a better price/coverage for me. I appreciate that someone keeps tabs on their clients. She's very responsive if I have questions.

Juan is a true professional. We felt we needed to find a new agency for a rental property owner. He was prompt very thorough and answered all of our questions and has continued to do so two years in, now. I send my accounting clients with insurance needs to Heritage without reservation as well.
