After our long time Farmers Agent retired, we were switched to Paul Munly. His office is an absolute nightmare. They have lost payments, tried to double charge, and continually ask for pictures and copies of documents that we've already sent. They won't admit it, but Farmers is actively trying to get out of the auto insurance market in California, so the bad service seems intentional. It is unprofessional and unacceptable that they would let their intentionally bad auto service affect their home owners insurance. They've also decided to change payment practices with little notice (1 month) and say we are not eligible to continue the payment methods we've been using for 15 years. Paul Munly and his assistant, Ana, have been most responsive and willing to give us all the insurance options available and answer all our questions in contrast to our poor experience with CSAA. Paul has also been most helpful to us to get any discounts available, too. They have both consistently provided the personal touch and great service you can't get from most insurance providers. Highly recommended.
