I've been using this company for 7 years. For the majority of the time I worked with Kim. She was awesome to work with. The past couple years I've dealt with Dale. I'm not the kind of customer that was always calling, I probably required 5 COIs to be done a year. I always asked for it ahead of time via email so there was never a rush. The past 2 or 3 years my renewals were sent out a week to 2 weeks before they were due. My renewal was due yesterday and I didn't get the renewal notice until 5 days ago. I had sent an email asking if I would be getting it soon Feb 10th so that I could coordinate accordingly and have the funds available, was responded with "mailed out yesterday" then I asked if there was any ways he could please tell me the amount so I could plan accordingly as they don't ta
