Kelli Lee goes above and beyond to help our family with all our insurance needs and is always willing to help no matter what time of day. With 3 children ranging from 16 to 26 it seems we are always needing something and she gets us answers very quickly. Excellent customer service and I would recommend to anyone !!!!

The customer service experience I had with Lewis Insurance Agency was second to none! I recently needed to transfer an existing homeowners policy and I’m so happy with the decision I made to move it here. Lance couldn’t have made it any simpler for me! I was able to sign my documents digitally just MOMENTS after requesting the transfer. I think it’s important to note that I contacted this agency around 4PM and their office closes at 5. My request could have been postponed until the following business day, but it wasn’t. In fact, within the hour he was on the phone with underwriting to put a rush on transferring the policy because we were on a pretty tight timeline.
