I can’t stand this place! Either the staff is rude and doesn’t seem like they can help you with anything in this place. Or the staff is nice but they still can’t do anything for you! I’ve had to restart my insurance 3 times now that I have to have because they don’t tell you when your payments have been returned from the bank. No curtesy call or anything. Crazy to me considering we, the ones paying for it are how y’all make money! You would think they would want to keep the accounts open. Especially My kind of account. Sr-22 insurance is a joke. I seriously feel like I’m on probation. Your bank messes up one payment and now you pay for it. Suspended license again, and have to restart the 3 years for this outraged insurance. The ladies that work there have been very helpful and know their stuff. I will faithfully continue to do business with them... Oh and they find multiple options for you to choose from to help you with making sure you get what you want.
