Our families have been going to Wheeler's so looooong I can't recall a year! They're there to make sure you get the insurance you need at a price you can afford! They treat you like family too!! Be on the lookout for their "cookout"! I believe it's once a year and it's popular!!

I don't have any previous experiences with the Wheeler agency. This insurance agency does Columbia county's dirty work denying claims. They contradicted themselves in my denial letter. They try to use legal mumbojumboand legal technicalities to justify their denial. They recommended me to settle with AC, Taking a loss for the county's negligence. I told them this makes the County and them look Horrible, response is "I understand". It took going past Them and AC to get my rightful claim paid. I am willing to lose the whole claim and fight for what is right rather then to settle for a partial payment. Don't give up

We were very pleased with the quickness of paperwork being completed and processed while getting the best rate possible. The staff was friendly and proficient. Mr. Wheeler himself stayed during their lunch break to make copies of our closing papers so we did not have to return later.
