Had to make some important paper changes at this office recently. Met with 3 employees with two assisting on the matter at hand and they did an excellent job of taking care of us and our issue. Ms Bell was most helpful and attentive and we were very satisfied with the entire staff from walking in and being greeted at the front desk by a kind smile and a request to help, to the other ladies that assisted us. 5 Star Service

I would not recommend State Farm to anyone. I have been with them for 3 months now, every month my rate increases. I feel they pulled a bait and switch. I'm switching companies because after 3 months you have increased your rates so much I can get same coverage cheaper now. I'm not a bad driver either my drive safe and save score has been 98%. Or higher

I have been with Rob Burns office for over 15 years. Rita has been with them longer than that and she knows the business! Every time I need something or have a question she has the answer immediately. State Farms prices are great with awesome coverage. The office staff is always friendly and I refer this office to everyone that I know! They treat you like family! Thank you to the "Rob Burns Office"... They are what makes State Farm what it is!
