Terrible! Never answer the phone. Nerver return calls. Paid for a new policy but a policy was never made. Had no insurance, and no one knows where my money went. Its been well over a week and no one has yet to return a call or email or money. Frauds stole my money

UPDATE: Great customer service didn't last. Rates kept increasing although we didn't have any tickets/accidents. Agent was non responsive when I had problems with the app. They only removed the discount for having it. Calls were never returned. Changed providers. Great customer service! Better value than my previous provider that service a lot of veterans and active duty soldiers. I'm very pleased with everything!
