We've been clients of Williamsburg Insurance for many years and have always been satisfied with the professional service we have received. This year we stopped in to see if we could get better rates. Janet looked over our current policies and told us she would check out a few other insurance companies and set a follow-up appointment. She found a company that had the same coverage with substantial savings. We really feel that the Williamsburg Insurance Agency has staff that are knowledgeable, professional, and have their customers' best interest at heart...and on top of this, Marlon is an excellent greeter!

Very poor Customer Service. I was told my Business Liability Insurance Policy was no longer available by Daniel “Joe” Stopski’s Commercial Lines Account Advisor Rosa Vargas and the replacement policy cost an additional $310.00. Just as I was about to sign the paperwork for the replacement policy the Carrier sent me a renewal notice for my current policy. I paid the invoice and sent Rosa Vargas a copy along with payment conformation. She messaged me the Carrier had made a mistake and the policy was no longer available. I then called the Carrier twice, spoke with two customer service representatives and both stated the policy was active and I was covered through May 12, 2026. Dorie’s knowledge of the products was phenomenal and her customer service was out of this world. I felt at easy knowing that if I need anything they are just a phone call away.
