Kelsey was super great with helping me switch over my car insurance and my homeowners insurance. She took the time to guide me through the process of canceling my previous insurance and has been super helpful in general. Highly recommend talking to her when asking for quotes or switching insurance. I ended up having the cheapest auto quote with more coverage than I have ever had!

Dan B has been the "face" of State Farm Insurance. Lucky us. We have had home & auto with another agency for 20+ years and benefitted much (!) from his ability to re-familiarize us with options to factor into decision-making. Dan is knowledgable, an excellent communicator, and has a very likeable disposition. He was aware SF had been recommended by a neighbor but that we were considering all options. (Dare I say the process was productive and pain-free?!) SF is fortunate to have him to represent the company and we recommend him highly.

I bought my first car on a Monday in June, as a first time driver I went through many quotes receiving unbelievably high premiums throughout the weekend. I was satisfied with the premium I received from StateFarm, it was even the lowest rate— unfortunately, the online system would not allow me to process my application on the necessary Monday. However, early Monday Daniel Falter gave me a call and quickly processed my coverage for me. I cancelled my previously chosen insurance plan the same day and I am very happy I did. This is a great agency who prioritizes customer service and responsiveness. Daniel and Dina have provided outstanding customer service. Definitely recommend this agency in every aspect, you will be taken care of no matter what coverage you are considering.
