I haven't experienced any issued with the Allen Allstate Insurance Group. They've been accessible throughout the years that I've been a multipolicy holder. I've been satisfied with the level of customer service provided by Allstate and they've consistently kept me abreast of any and all information regarding each of my policies, including ID cards, copies of all policies, payment reminders, policy renewal reminders as well as discounts and other ways to save money as it pertains to each of my policies. Been insured by Allstate for a couple years now and the service is great and I'm not getting nickeled and dimed. Full coverage on my evo AND a premium plan with the coverages and protection for my car that I specifically wanted at a great price. HIGHLY recommended, they won't let you down! The app also makes everything fast, easy and super convenient!
