Brock Dehlin - State Farm Insurance Agent

My husband and I were new to the area when we bought our house and Brock and Erin have been there for us every step of the way! It really makes a difference to have a local agent. Brock is very knowledgeable and Erin's frontline assistance has been exquisite. We are looking forward to our continued relationship with this office.

Brock is great, and made sure than I had the coverage I needed… but Erin is awesome! She is so patient and explains everything. I called with 100 questions about making changes to my policy, adding a vehicle, and making a claim all at the same time. She was quick and efficient, and I know when I call that she will take care of me.

I switched to State Farm for my home and auto insurance, a few years ago. Prior to switching to State Farm, I thought my insurance coverage was good, but it was becoming more and more expensive and the roadside assistance was never available when I needed them; even though it was covered in my policy and I had been with that insurance company for ten+ years. Around this time, I was hearing from friends how they were saving money by switching to State Farm. I then decided to contact Erin from State Farm to check to see if they could save me money, while also providing the same coverage as my then-current provider. Switching to State Farm not only saved me money, but provided better coverage too! Their customer service has been excellent; Erin is always available when I have any questions.

The experience here was great! They are really friendly when you walk in or even talk to them on the phone! I get a little confused when talking about Auto insurance but Brock and his team explained things very well. It was easy to just get a quote from them, just to compare prices with other auto insurance companies. I was never felt pressured in to switching with them, or trying to be sold on how State farm is the best. They simply told me that if I would like to switch over to them then they would love to help, either on the phone or in person.

Brock and his team have been great to work with. Very professional and thorough. I switch my vehicles and homeowners insurance recently and they have save me a significant amount of money. Thank you.
