I’d like to give a hugh shout out to The State Farm Barbara Shelly office, especially Lauren. I had never filed a claim before and did not know what I was doing, but Lauren was with me every step of the way. She kept me calm which was not an easy task, answered all my questions, and truly listened. Her patience and guidance made the entire process so much easier. I’m incredibly grateful for her support.

This review is especially for Deb B at this office. Deb always responds quickly and efficiently to assure my issues are resolved. When I have policy questions, need a copy of something or need additional information she either has the answers immediately or is able to research and provide them expediency. Based on the excellent service that I have been provided, I will continue to maintain my auto and Homeowner's policies with this agency .

I’ve been with State Farm and this specific office since I was a teenager. I’m now almost 30, and I have nothing but great things to say! The staff is amazing — Deb, Robin, Barb — everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and professional. They always make sure to find you savings wherever they can, and any time I need to make changes to my policy, it’s quick and easy. I’ve never had a complaint ,they’ve truly got you covered!

Barbra and her team have done a fantastic job handling my insurance. When I had to file a claim for my accident, Robin was so helpful in walking me through the process and explaining everything to me!
