We went through Wilkins for almost 10 years. We’ve always had an insurance agent, and when we first started with Wilkins, they were great. We also never had an accident until recent. Post accident, we realized we’re paying them a lot of money for someone in their office to be rude and who can’t handle her business. Dropped them. Dropped the insurance company. Saved a lot of money by not going through an agent. Especially this one.

Brian and his team have been an amazing team to work with for years with my rental coverage and car coverage! They have always taken care of me and my questions and needs! Always easy to deal with and personable!

I wish their communication was better. I wanted to switch insurance agencies - but not insurance companies - and liked Wilkins' reviews. I reached out to them over a month before my premiums were due. They were short staffed, so they told me to wait. I gave them several weeks and tried again. They claimed they were still short-staffed, but because my deadline was coming up they would get back to me by the end of the following week. I waited again, and when that *self-imposed* deadline had passed I called again. The woman who answered the phone was irritated, though I tried to explain I was trying to get this done before my premium was due. She eventually cut me off and hung up on me.
