We have been with Lynne Rio since 2001 and have never had a bad experience. Over the years, we have had car claims, and every time the problem has been fixed quickly with no issues. Then the BIG one happened, the roof, (2025). For us, a very stressful experience and Erie Insurance/Lynne Rio were there. No delays, very concerning and comforting. When it was said and done, we were so GRATEFUL that the process was made easier by Erie/Lynne Rio. We were concerned about being judged over the roof and would be canceled or rates would go out the roof, the roof, (OE, NOT SO). The contacts and support that they gave was on the mark and they made a BAD situation easier to deal with. We over the years have heard that Erie Insurance is not the insurance company to be with. I was referred to this agency by a co worker s couple years ago. It was one of the best referrals and decisions to get auto insurance from. What I like so much is that the auto quotes are very reasonable, they're local, which means they understand the DMV of the city we're both in. They answer the phone when you call. Im not sure what Carltins role is at the agency but he keeps us customers updated and in the know .He never forgets a holiday or just a check-in email to say hello. My go to person at the agency is Alexa! She's amazing, she answers her phone or calls back ASAP! She's friendly and knows her job well! Thos company is good business!

I have been a customer of Lynne Rio and Erie Insurance for over 2 years. I initially selected Erie because of their Guaranteed House Replacement and their rate was Good. Then upon Renewal I did find a price that was a little lower and they lowered their renewal price. They have been in constant contact to make sure every thing was going good insurance wise.

Carl was so professional, knowledgeable and very chill. No salesmanship, no pushy attitude, just direct advice and had answers to all of our questions so that we as a couple could make an informed decision. We have had to make a couple of changes to our policy and it was easy peezy.
