Creekside helped us cut our Medicare supplemental cost by about 1/3 rd, but it was right at the end of the year. The new insurance company was swamped and unable to get our cards to us before our scheduled procedures. Creekside went well above & beyond to help us get the information we needed. Madison Mannarino, Amy DuBrueler, and especially Tina Bowie worked hard to help us transition carriers. They were always pleasant and patient. Highly recommend this first class organization.

We have been working with Jim DuBrueler at Creekside insurance since July of 2025. He has guided us through our choices of purchasing health and dental insurance since I retired at 55 and my wife at 54. We have been with Creekside Insurance Advisors since we moved to Virginia about 2 years ago. 1) They did a great job in getting us set up for home/auto insurance two years ago. This year, we called and left a message well ahead of the time our insurance would autorenew, just to make sure we were still with the right carrier. No one ever called back. We eventually just reviewed the policy and cost increases ourselves and decided we would stay with our current carrier. 2) We have used Creekside to prepare for and sign up for Medicare Advantage programs. We have tried to be flexible during the rush season. The first year, one of our policies was never activated. We’ve worked with Emily Simmers for several years, and she’s been amazing to work with every time. She recently helped us with insurance coverage for a new home purchase, and as always, she was thorough, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Went to Creekside in January of 2025. Brought all Doctors and Meds as they tell you to do. Come to find out they chose an insurance plan that did not cover my husband's primary care doctor and found out that a very important drug that I take is on the non formulary list and the insurance will not pay. Tried this year to call to get help navigating the system to change our income since ACA credits are gone and to try to change policies. No one returned calls. They could care less about you or your medical needs. They just want to sign you up so they get theirs and then leave you to flounder. I would have gotten better service by calling the Virginia Marketplace Insurance people myself which I will do from now on. So disappointed and now without adequate coverage and I cannot afford
