Michelle moves at my (sometimes insanely fast) speed. Very responsive. Always gets me the answers or clarifies things very quickly. Have been very happy since I switched over 3 years ago. I definitely recommend her.

This office has absolutely been helpful for me in every way! My wife and I recently moved here from NC, and we were having some unforeseen road blocks with transferring our insurance policies over to VA. Michelle was extremely helpful, and made sure to follow up with me on any questions and concerns I had about the process. She guided me in steps I needed to take to resolve some issues that began to arise from the transfer process, and it was a huge help to have her following up and checking in with both me, and other offices with the process. Without her assistance, this could have easily turned into a much more stressful and time consuming situation than it already has been. Thanks for the help!

Michelle was kind but seemed to disguise the situations, we paid for two cars and we were supposed to have a refund but in reality it never happened. After a while we requested a policy cancellation which she said she had done but it didn't happen. We continued receiving charges, there was always an explanation that made no sense, no logic :(
