Blue Ridge Agents Insurance

I called in a panic, finding out I just lost my insurance. I was helped by a wonderful woman named Amaya Perez. She was very helpful, and walked me through everything and even let me ask her a million questions. This was my first time finding an insurance on my own, and she helped me figure out what to do every step of the way. It was such a relief being helped by someone so kind. I’m very happy with how things worked out today, and I can now sleep knowing I will be insured again!

I am so happy with the help I received from Mr. McFarland! I have gone back and forth for months looking at the marketplace in anticipation of when my insurance ended (divorce). Amaya always helps me when I need to make a change and makes sure to answer all my questions and really listens to what’s important to me. I’ve been unlucky in the past working with different agencies with some pretty awful claims and circumstances. I know firsthand that the agent you’re working with can make all the difference in the experience. The good ones are an advocate for their clients.
