I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience to prevent others from going through what I did. I worked with Cam Pack on an insurance policy for a commercial real estate closing. He initially came off as helpful and responsive — but completely disappeared when it actually mattered. As we approached the closing date, Cam ghosted me despite multiple emails and follow-ups. He failed to confirm whether the policy could be bound, and worse, may have submitted inaccurate underwriting information that would have made the policy void if a claim occurred. This kind of negligence is not just frustrating — it nearly derailed my entire transaction. Over-promised, under-delivered, and zero accountability. Expensive compared to other companies. Had the payment on autopay, called to tell them I was switching companies and to make sure they wouldn't take the payment out this month. I was told it was already processing even though it wasn't due for 3 days. Once the payment processed I called to get a refund and was told I would "eventually" recieve a check in the mail if they decided they owed me anything from the most recent payment. Definitely won't be back

Have home owners and auto through these folks. Referred several people to them, including our son. NOT AFFORDABLE! Not sure the changes but Erie Insurance gives more expensive rates than other companies now...and without explanation. SAD! I found myself embarrassed to have suggested WV Insurance/ Erie Insurance to friends & family.

I live in New York but I have a house in coal city. I called Geico for a quote that wanted over 2,000 dollars. I called this agency my policy was 780 give or take. Everyone is nice in the office including the cat.

The lady up front was VERY rude and demanding and would let us talk to even try to get our insurance policy started. That lady alone would take our business else where.
