State Farm Insurance

I had an amazing experience with State Farm today. My agent Patti was SO helpful and a well groomed insurance agent. She pointed me in all the right directions, got me any and all discounts that she could apply to my policy and gave me great advice on how to chip away even more deductions in the future. I would advise anyone to insure with State Farm not only for their awesome coverage but for their Phenomenal Customer Service which goes a longs way when your frustrated trying to find a reasonable price policy with not very much finances. There are so many variables to consider when purchasing a vehicle for a teenager. You want them to have the most protection as possible, the safest car and the best insurance coverage. The quote we received from our previous carrier was over three times the amount of our regular monthly payment! Youthful drivers are a high risk, but the quote was unreasonable. I felt like I was being forced to downgrade the vehicle choice / safety features to compensate. I had to shop for something that worked. The first few quotes I received were better but still not feasible. Finally, I spoke with Patti Crosier with State Farm. Patti was a great listener and was very knowledgeable. The insurance company that I was dealing with before State Farm was not helping me so I Reached out to the State Farm office and I was immediately helped and got better coverage on my auto and house for a lot less than I was paying for at the other insurance company.Patti was The insurance agent i talked to and she was very helpful and considerate and I plan on staying with State Farm as long as she is a insurance agent. I recommend that you call Leigh Ann Long’s STATE FARM Office and ask for Patti because she is one of the best Insurance agents I’ve ever talked to. She was very knowledgeable and very Courteous; She is an asset to State Farm!

Patti has been absolutely wonderful and great to work with. No other insurance agent was willing to take on adding my 12+ vehicles all at once. She has gone above and beyond any other insurance agent I've had in the past and made the transition from my old insurance company as smooth and painless as possible. Highly recommended. If you need insurance this is the place. Emailed State Farm right away got a response from Patti. Called gave her some information and right away she was at work. Gave me a quote and saved me $632.00 a year on my house and even got a little extra in with my auto that was a plus for me. Extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. Made the process of switching insurance complies extremely easy. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Happy happy happy !!!!!!! Would highly recommend.
