Absolutely the worst experience. Taking care of a family estate and they were more than terrible. I would steer clear of this agency at all costs. Wish there was a zero star option.
They were helpful, and cheaper, than any other insurance companies around. There are 3 different Erie Insurances in Beckley, and I have dealt with 2 of them. They're great.
This person ran into my vehicle on a parking lot. Even though plenty of evidence, Erie won't pay. Den of thieves. See Ripoff Report.
