I'm updating my review, I have tried them again and much better this go round than the first. I will give an updated review in a year but I admit they have improved tremendously, I do recommend trying them now.

The best Insurance company around Pete Tolliver has always been good to me and my family. He is a top knotch guy as well as his employees. Don't hesitate if you need affordable car,house or life insurance go there. They also pay claims without hesitation.

I called 30 minutes before close trying to find a reasonable price progressive tried to tell me that they couldn't give me a discount for my snapshot and being there for a year because of inflation$180.00 for full coverage the lady I spoke to a lady at Appalachian she was able to give me full coverage with tenant insurance for 94.00 and she stayed after closing to make sure I had a active policy over the weekend

The owner of this car is careless. They ran into our car in a parking lot. Erie is their insurer and will not pay for the damage. Erie is nothing more then a bunch of thieves. They don't mind sticking it to the little man to save a buck. Don't deal with Erie.

Wish I could give zero stars! We have had a terrible experience! My family has been waiting over a month inside a house with mold growing in it! We have mold in crawl space and no one is even caring to do anything about it! I have been trying to be patient but at this rate we will be lucky to see any work done by this fall. I am very very dissatisfied with Erie. I am the kinda guy that will go to the end of the earth to let people know too. This was from a roof leak. My agent said they will only replace half the roof. They want to put new singles on half the roof and leave the other half old shingles. Im not sure if thats how your company does business but I am terribly terribly dis-satisfied with this situation. Very bad luck with Erie Insurance so far!! There is mold growing in our crawl
